5. Content Ownership

Our Content: All Platform content, including 3D assets, quest designs, UI elements, and branding, are owned by SmartLexica and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

XP, levels, badges, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, delete, or adjust virtual items at any time. Virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. AI Features

Our AI features provide suggestions and responses based on your activity. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm other users or the Platform
• Remain inactive for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Security from unauthorized access
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartLexica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
